Nautilus Sub Jet was inspired by the seatoy brand Cayago, producer of the Seabob, an underwater scooter diving up to 2,5 meters under the sea. Sold as a luxury toy, Seabob is also used for regular diving and for science/research use.
Bringing a particular attention to its performances and design, the result is a luxury product perfectly fitted for science purposes as well. A well known example is Elon Musk with its Space X and Tesla brands.

This is how I decided to create my own underwater scooter, a sub jet, the Nautilus. I wanted to go deeper in this logic by designing something most expensive with highest perspective. I wanted it to be able to deep dive, but also with a really agressive personality, like a Lamborghini. I couldn’t keep the hard silhouette of those supercars as it will be ludicrous to have a diving vehicle fitted for the abyss with hard edges everywhere weakening its own structure to water pressure, so I tried to find something between a round submarine designed for deep dive and the world of supercars.
